To ensure absolute accountability, Codesity mandates the proactive public disclosure of the following operational and financial data:
1. Financial Transparency
All financial records, including expenditures, operational costs, and budget allocations, will be made public. This ensures that our community can clearly see how every resource is utilized to further our mission.
2. Decision-Making Process
Every significant decision made within Codesity, from strategic direction to project approvals, will be documented and made public. This includes the rationale behind each decision and the expected impact.
3. Accountability of Decision-Makers
For every public decision or project, the identities of the key personnel and leadership responsible for authorization and execution shall be transparently listed. We believe faceless decision-making fosters irresponsibility; therefore, we attach names to outcomes to ensure personal accountability and integrity in leadership.
4. Operational Data
Non-sensitive data concerning our ongoing research, project progress timelines, and institutional partnerships is classified as public domain by default. Exceptions are only made for specific legal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) mandated by external partners for security or proprietary reasons.
Mandatory Donation Receipts & Transparency
We strictly uphold transparency in all financial transactions, especially donations.
Mandatory Receipt: Any payment or donation made to Codesity Foundation must be accompanied by an official receipt issued by us. If a receipt is not provided, do not proceed with the donation.
Cash Payments: For any cash donation, the donor must provide their Aadhar details as mandated by government regulations for compliance and transparency.
"If anyone representing Codesity refuses to provide a proper receipt or declines to follow these protocols, do not donate. You have the right to know exactly where your money is spent via our donation portal."
How to Access Information
We have streamlined the process for the public to access any information related to Codesity Foundation.
Primary Channel: Any individual can request specific information by emailing us directly at care@codesity.com. Your email should clearly state the information you are seeking. We commit to responding to all legitimate requests in a timely and comprehensive manner.
Our Pledge to Respond & RTI
We understand that, on rare occasions, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances might prevent us from responding via email. In such an event, we want to assure the public that we are fully prepared to uphold our commitment to transparency.
"You are welcome to file a formal Right to Information (RTI) application against Codesity through established legal channels in India. We will cooperate fully with such requests, providing all legally permissible information."
