Our Mission.
As the founder and CEO of Psylinks Security, Bibek Jyoti Roy saw firsthand the growing gap between the skills the tech industry desperately needs and what traditional education provides. He observed that many Indian computer institutes were teaching outdated, profit-focused courses that stifled creativity and failed to prepare students for real-world innovation.
This realization sparked a mission. Bibek founded Codesity as a not-for-profit movement to fundamentally change the system. We provide practical, industry-aligned education because we believe that with the right skills, India's next generation will not just join the tech world, but lead it.
